The Mobile Unit consists of  response capable, two-person patrol teams that are assisted remotely by a dedicated dispatch team that is made up of members of the Dispatch Unit. The Mobile Unit relies on dispatch’s use of full CCTV coverage, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and active radio communication to dispatch patrol teams as needed responding to any number of calls including the following:
