The Dispatch Unit was implemented to support our guards on the ground, consisting of dispatchers that assist and direct our mobile unit guards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dispatchers are in charge of monitoring cameras, alarms, handling access control, as well as responding to client requests for security and facilities concerns.
